This 6-week virtual support group meets weekly Wednesdays at 10am from October 16-November 20. Each week is very loosely themed so we have a jumping off point for our conversations. We talk about postpartum recovery & being at home in your body again, navigating new relationship dynamics with partners and family, birth stories, lactation & feeding, and sleep woes. Generally speaking, group is geared for parents 0-4 months postpartum, but we aren’t strict about it either.
