Currently of note: I will be attending Yale midwifery school beginning this August (!!). So, I’ll be closing up the doula shop after July 2023. Until then, I happily attend births at home, MSW, NYU, Methodist, and Metropolitan. I do not work at Cornell/Alexandra Cohen, Columbia Presbyterian (at W. 168th), Mt. Sinai East, Lenox Hill, or NYP Lower Manhattan Hospital.

Most packages range from $2,500-2,900; always happy to offer sliding scale and fully virtual options—just ask! Read more about sliding scale here.

Golden bow birth + birth with beth

I take on most clients in partnership with my lovely doula pal, Beth Scheppke! We are a team, not unlike your OB or midwifery practice, and share in the responsibilities and joys of supporting our clients.

It doesn’t mean you’ll have both doulas at your birth, but you’ll have doula support with tons the experience (we’ve attended 200+ births combined) and built-in back up that you know and trust. Together we have skills to teach you yoga, guide you on your lactation journey, host Childbirth Education classes, and cook you nutritious postpartum meals on top of traditional doula support. Learn more about Beth’s experience and all the gifts she has to offer here.

“She was a sort of guardian of my birth plan that we established together. In a nice and caring way she encouraged me to own my birth experience in the way I envisioned it.”

Postpartum Support

  • Daytime support is $70/hour for 3-4 hours at a time.

Support can include baby-wearing advice, lactation guidance, newborn care tips, developmental playtime with your little one (massage, yoga, tummy time), stretching & physical recovery tips for you, a foot rub (I give a good one!), and the emotional support necessary for you to become confident in your parenting abilities.
