This 6-week virtual support group meets on Wednesdays at 11am EST. Each week is (very loosely) themed so we have a jumping off point for our conversations. We talk about lactation & feeding, baby developmental milestones, sleep woes, postpartum recovery & being at home in your body again, finding childcare, navigating new relationship dynamics with partners and family, and birth stories. Generally speaking, group is geared for parents 0-4 months postpartum, but we aren’t strict about it either.
