McCarren Park Meetup & Yoga

Beth and I are so excited to bring back our park hangs & outdoor yoga for 2023. Open to any pregnant folks, current & past doula clients, BeHeld & Becoming group alums, etc. This may be my last chance to see lots of you before moving to New Haven. I would LOVE to hug you & your bbs!

Plan is pre/postnatal yoga 10-11am & hang out after that 'til whenever. We plan to pack the Yeti full of cold bevis, slather on some sunscreen, and have a chill morning stretching & catching up.

Pack your yoga mat, sunscreen, plenty of water, & lunch or snacks so you can chill awhile. Yoga is open to all levels & both pregnant and postpartum folks & their families! Hope to see you there <3
